After quantile normalization of the FPKM values followed by Student’s t -test at p = 0.05 and the selection of DEGs with at least a twofold change in their expression in response to aspidinol treatment, we identified 949 DEGs (456 upregulated and 493 downregulated) with highly significant expression patterns before and after the treatment.
