It is worthy highlighting, however, that we noticed an interesting trend suggesting that a relation between temporal representation and narrative is in place: the subgroup of ASD who obtained lower scores on the EFT task performed significantly worse on the narratives measures than the group of participants with ASD with higher EFT skills or the group of participants with typical development.
