Moreover, they considered it as a good, simple, and safe anesthetic and analgesic technique block; further, they consider it better than PVB and the thoracic spinal anesthesia where it provided satisfactory surgical anesthesia with prolonged duration of postoperative analgesia.[ 12 ] AS regards the VAS in the three groups, the study showed highly significant changes in the VAS on arrival to PACU, and at 1, 2, 3, and 6 h, with a considerable difference at 12 and 24 h postoperatively.
