the replacement time increased, the density and osteogenic volume increased; the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scoring both 3 months and 6 months after surgery was greater than that immediately after surgery, with a significant difference (p < 0.05); the difference of angle of Cobb showed a decreasing trend with the increase of replacement time, and there was a significant difference (p < 0.05); follow-up results showed that the subjects had no rejection reaction.
