Lateral diffusion and vesicle tumbling are not expected to influence the line shape because of the large size and low curvature of MLVs, 19 , 23 but if FBTA disrupts the lipid bilayer and promotes the formation of smaller vesicles and/or non-bilayer structures then contributions of these modes of motion may be significant.
