Conclusion Both two examined biomaterials in this study had an almost identical antibacterial effect only on the Streptococcus mutans and showed an increasing trend in antibacterial properties over increasing concentrations and time of incubation and have an equal ratio of apatite and BG, which can result in different physical and biological properties by altering these proportions and changing the amount of polymer basic material or sintering temperature.
