17 Although we found in our cohort a borderline significance ( p = 0.049) for a higher Dandel’s index at baseline in patients with SSc-PAH than in those with IPAH (which would suggest a better adaptation), taking into account the multiple comparison analysis performed, we can only conclude that this index was not able to capture the increased risk of patients with SSc-PAH in our cohort.
