We observed highly significant correlations (r = 0.99) between protein concentrations in the pre-nodal lymph and post-nodal versus pre-nodal delta concentration for lymph samples collected from four independent rats, as well for a single samples pooled from twelve pooled rats, (Fig. 4d ).
