Group comparisons were considered to be statistically non-significant (ns) if the calculated P-value was greater than 0.05, significant (*) with P = 0.01 to 0.05, very significant (**) with P = 0.001 to 0.01 and extremely significant (***) when the P-value was less than 0.001.
