Furthermore, Cox Univariate and multivariate regression analysis indicated that age, TNM stage and Lymphnode metastasis were related to survival time, and high BAG3 expression had a tendency toward poor survival, which was supported by a statistical trend and should be investigated further in the future with more patient samples.
