The average number of pathologic metastatic LNs also showed an increasing trend as CT-tumor depth progressed, as follows: tumors with intramural, minimal extramural (<1 mm), spiculated extramural, (≥1 mm) and nodular extramural infiltration showed 1.8, 3.5, 6.7, and 11.1 pathologic metastatic LNs, respectively.
