an increasing trendno p-value reported
After 7 days of cell culture, both LIVE/DEAD and CCK-8 assays showed that the cell adhesion and proliferation showed an increasing trend with the increase of inoculation time and loading of Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles, suggesting that all substrates in this experiment have good biocompatibility and that Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles coated onto titanium substrates can greatly improve the proliferation and growth of hBMSCs.
