This is an encouraging trend, as clinic visits, peer educator contact, and supportive networks have been found to be strongly associated with the willingness of KP members to engage in HIV testing, care and treatment programmes, as well as in ART initiation and adherence [ 29 , 31 , 39 , 40 ].
