In our study, multivariate analysis suggested that complex procedures as demonstrated by increased intraoperative blood loss is the strongest predictor of postoperative AKI, with a trend toward significance for pre-existing comorbidities and the use of cisplatin as a HIPEC agent as potential predictors.
