Additional genes that are co-expressed with the abovementioned ones in a highly significant fashion, such as MYO3A (myosin IIIA), IL17RB (interleukin 17 receptor B) and UBXN11 (UBX domain protein 11) (please see the complete network visualization described in the “Data Availability” section at the end of this report), and for which scarce information as related to carcinogenesis or HPV infection is available, are also attractive for further studies and as targets for intervention.
