Concerning patients’ attitudes toward their psychiatric treatment, both in contrast to the level of adherence and in dichotomous adherence, a highly significant relationship ( p < .001) ( Table 3 ) was found such that, without doubt, the cases with higher adherence present higher scores on the Drug Attitudes Inventory (3.27 vs. 1.57; difference close to 2 points).
