35 Differences close to significance existed in aspects such as educational level, where one of the centers had a greater number of patients with university degrees, which could justify the lower HRQL of patients from the HUGC. 36 , 37 Despite the homogeneity of the inclusion criteria of both centers, patients had a higher degree of dyspnea, expectoration, wheezing, daytime drowsiness, fever, edema, the need to sleep in a sitting position, the pain, number of comorbidities, anxiety, depression, and dependence in the performance of daily activities in the HUGC versus the HCB.
