Although not quite significant, there was a notable reduction in the number of action potentials evoked by Aδ- and C-fiber neurons in the vinblastine-treated group compared to neuritis (Aδ-fiber neurons: F (3, 37) = 3.17, p < 0.05; C-fiber neurons: F (3, 37) = 2.97, p < 0.05, one-way ANOVA; p = 0.06 and 0.07, respectively, Bonferroni’s post hoc tests).
