Again, there was an obvious trend in the color intensity of the honey samples; the samples collected towards the end of the year (between September 2010 and December 2010 as well as those in August 2011 to December 2012) had lower color intensities compared to the honey collected in the beginning (January 2011) or in the middle of the year ( Figure 3 ).
