It was found, with the increase of artificial holing time of agarwood (two years to five years), the total relative content of DEPECs and EPECs showed a downtrend, while the relative content of THPECs and FTPECs showed an increasing trend, which was consistent with the biosynthetic pathway of the formation of agarwood.
