A highly significant improvement in all clinical (BASDAI, DAS28, MASES, PAIN-VAS [0–100], PGA and EQ-VAS), functional (BASMI and BASFI), and health-related quality of life (HAQ and EQ-5D) scores, as well as laboratory parameters (CRP and ESR), was apparent at the 3- and 6-month follow-up visits ( P <0.001), see Figures 1 – 6 .
