Overall, a greater decrease in pain intensity across the four sessions ( p = 0.01), a greater decrease in tenderness during T6 spinal stiffness assessment between the first two sessions ( p = 0.048), and a higher SBST score ( p = 0.07) were significant and almost significant predictors of “improved” participants (or significant variables associated with being “improved”).
