In addition, the associations at the GWAS level with SNPs in other genes of the same cluster, mainly in the UGT1A6 and UGT1A10 genes, are highly significant in our study and, therefore, coincide with previous GWAS [ 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 ].
