Even though the tumors from SCpkn3 −/− cells re‐expressing PKN3 mPR were removed 1 day later than those from SCpkn3 −/− re‐expressing PKN3 WT, their statistical comparison (ANOVA on ranks, Tukey's post hoc test) yielded an almost significant P value of 0.059, indicating that PKN3 likely promotes tumor growth from SCpkn3 −/− cells and that the PKN3–p130Cas interaction may be important in this promotion.
