To demonstrate that immunization with gpD::GP2 phage nanoparticles induces peptide-specific CTLs capable of killing GP2 peptide-pulsed target cells in vitro ; as expected from IFN-γ ELISA results, compared to controls, a highly significant lysis of target cells was observed in the mice vaccinated with gpD::GP2 nanoparticles.
