At 12 months, an improvement of initial DAS28-ESR category or maintenance in DAS28-ESR remission/LDA was shown in 181 patients (61.4%, 95% CI [55.5–66.9%]) of the main population with a favorable trend observed in switch patients compared to no-switch patients (69.2%, 95% CI [58.7–78.5%] vs. 57.8%, 95% CI [50.8–64.7%]) (Table 3 ).
