The two participants with V1V2-directed bNAbs (CAP256 and CAP257) had higher levels of V1V2 amino acid diversity (20.7% and 14.5%, respectively) than did non-bNAb participants (ranging from 6.9 to 11.9% amino acid differences per site, though this difference failed to reach significance; Fig. 2B ).
