We found that there was a significant effect of a wall, forest size, and a significant wall * size interaction on seedling richness (Model: F 3,40 = 5.35, p = 0.034; wall F 1 = 7.15, p = 0.018; forest size: F 1 = 5.01, p = 0.031; wall * size, F 1 = 5.66, p = 0.022) and a marginally significant effect of wall and wall * size interation, but no effect of forest size, on seedling density (Model: F 3,40 = 3.06, p = 0.039; wall F 1 = 3.82, p = 0.058; forest size: F 1 = 2.27, p = 0.139; wall * size, F 1 = 3.99, p = 0.052).
