However, consistent with the greater MAA binding to Neu7 cells compared to primary astrocytes, there was an observed trend of slightly increased MAA binding to the injured and CsA-treated tissue overall compared to uninjured, with the intensity of gray matter and lesion site of CsA-treated tissues approximately twice that of the same areas in injured tissues.
