The two-way analysis of variance showed a highly significant effect (α = 0.001) of the investigated factors on the dynamics of changes in the counts of selected groups of soil microorganisms, such as the total bacterial count, counts of Actinobacteria, oligotrophic and copiotrophic bacteria ( Table 3 ).
