From the results, we identify the most dysregulated pathways such as chemokine signaling pathway, complement cascade pathway, and cytokine signaling, and biological processes, such as cell communication, cell surface receptor signaling pathway, signal transduction, biological adhesion, and numerous chemokine receptors, which may be significant players in the pathophysiology of AMD.
