Effect of ivermectin treatment on haemoparasite prevalence and community composition We did not detect a significant effect of ivermectin treatment on the prevalence of any haemoparasite species in translocated woylies, although there was a marginally significant interaction ( P = 0.047) between ivermectin treatment and TST for T. vegrandis (Table 1 ), with T. vegrandis prevalence being lower in treated compared to untreated hosts from September onwards (Additional file 5 : Figure S4).
