Current smokers with ≥30 pack-years had a non-significant trend of increased BTC risk compared with non-smokers among non-/occasional drinkers (HR 1.64; 95% CI, 0.94–2.86) but not among regular drinkers, and the interaction was marginally significant ( P -interaction = 0.023).
