Similar to MEFs, PBRM1 knockdown in this line induces a highly significant increase in ROS levels ( Figure 6 E, right), and similar to MEFs, vitamin C administration can partially restore proliferative capacity in the PBRM1 knockdown ( Figure 6 F).
