Comparison of the frequencies of performing OM diagnosis by nurses in the morning and in the evening before and after the evidence-based practice program revealed that: The morning rate, which was 5% before the program, increased to 10.7% after the program and the difference was highly significant ( P < 0.01); in other words, the rate increased 3.12 times (212% increase) [ P < 0.05, Table 5 ] The evening rate, which was 2.2% before the program, increased to 6.7% after the program and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01); in other words, the rate increased 3 times (200% increase) [ P < 0.05, Table 5 ].
