We found a prevalence estimate of 48.7% (95% CI 38.2% to 59.3%; I 2 =94.3%, 95% CI 92.7% to 95.6%, p<0.0001) and median (IQR) at 36.7% (24.3%–83.6%) with marginally non-significant evidence of bias (p=0.05, Egger’s test) ( table 1 ).
