With marginal significance, we also found that patients who had a substance use diagnosis on the EHR problem list and were non-Hispanic white were less likely to receive the minimum intervention dose compared to patients without a substance use diagnosis from all other race/ethnicity groups (aOR 0.22, 95% CI: 0.04–1.24, p = 0.08).
