The results of the two-way analysis with disease and disease activity as independent factors, showed in table 4 , indicated highly significant differences in all IBDQ scores between the two disease activity groups (those with minor symptoms scored significantly higher than those with severe symptoms) and these differences were consistent in both diseases (non-significant interactions).
