In our cohort of 23 nuclear/cytosol fractionated AML patient samples, we observed a highly significant degree of correlation (Spearman Rank R=0.63, P <0.005) between the relative nuclear-localized (as a proportion of total) β-catenin protein and relative nuclear-localized (as a proportion of total) LEF-1 protein ( Figure 5B and C).
