Administration of SO (100 and 200 mg/kg) attenuated CCI-induced decrease in the nociceptive threshold for thermal hyperalgesia in a dose-dependent manner throughout the study duration after CCI induction, i.e ., on days 14 and 21; this effect was highly significant as compared with the sham and CCI (p < 0.001) as analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's multiple comparison test, indicating that Rosmarinic acid (10 and 20 mg/kg) dose-dependently promotes heat sensation recovery in CCI mice ( Figure 4 ).
