The combinations of mexiletine plus dofetilide and of lidocaine plus dofetilide generated sigmoid-like effect profiles, which were similar in shape to the ranolazine effect profile in Study A: The 10% to 40% quantiles were negative with a transition to positive in the mid-repolarization phase, and a slightly increasing trend up to the 100% quantiles.
