Real‐time PCR analysis indicated that except for CD40 , GLMN , and TRAP1 , the expression of the other 20 genes was almost significantly down‐regulated in our AIA model treated with celastrol, whereas co‐treatment with the Ca 2+ chelator, BAPTA/AM abolished the down‐regulation of genes mediated by celastrol (Figure 7 ).
