There was a highly significant correlation between the improvement in caregiver’s quality of life (WHO-5) from baseline and the improvement (decrease) in total SDQ score (Spearman’s rank correlation − 0.34 p = 0.0005) (Fig. 3 ) but not with the SND reported changes in child sleep variables (TST, SL and duration of uninterrupted sleep).
