When the data sets characterizing roots of Brigitta, Star and Duke (established cultivars) were grouped, the most correlations were highly significant compared to new cultivars, Camellia and Cargo (Fig. 6a,b ), while this tendency was opposite in leaves (Fig. 6c,d ).
