The POD activity of the ‘D0351’ CsMAPEG (−)-overexpressing plants was similar to that of the wild-type plants after PM treatment, although the POD content in these fruits was lower than that of the ‘D0351’ CsMAPEG (+)-overexpressing plants, and this difference was highly significant.
