Pharmacokinetics Following a single intravenous dose of samalizumab (100–600 mg/m 2 ), the mean T max values across all dose levels ranged from 1.23 to 8.93 h, the mean T 1/2 for samalizumab increased from 85.1 h to 537.9 h (3.5 to 22.4 days), and mean systemic CL showed a decreasing trend in the three highest dose cohorts (Table 3 ).
