When FA was used for antigen retrieval, detection of neuropil pathology in the amygdala was greatly increased with all antibodies which is reflected in the highly significant increase in positivity of staining for 9C10, 94-3A10, and 3H11 (Figs. 3 , 4 and 6 ).
