Statistical analysis showed that NES RNA expression was similar in low-dose and 0-dose groups on Days 0, 2, 6, 10, and 12; however, the difference in RNA expression between the groups was statistically significant on Day 8 and borderline significant on Day 4 ( Table 3 ).
