After 48 h of exposure, both pure mixtures (i.e., non-loaded mixtures) showed a fairly significant decrease on the cell viability, i.e., at 32 μmol/L cell viability reached values of 62.89% for NM-OA/UA ( Figure 2 A) and 17.52% for SM-OA/UA ( Figure 2 C), compared to the unexposed control.
