In comparison, longitudinal whole brain volume loss from baseline to Week 120 did not predict clinical progression from Week 120 to end of study on either component of the disability burden nor on composite confirmed disability progression, with only a numerical trend observed for progression of T25FW ( Supplementary Fig. 2 ).
